HASE-T "TWENTY" CD

A project to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the production activities of "HASE-T", a deejay, track maker and producer who has led the Japanese reggae scene since its early days! The latest album features artists from across genres, styles and generations, including "Scha Dara Parr", "PUSHIM", "RYO the SKYWALKER" and "Kantaro Maejima"!

HASE-T has been involved in the Tokyo club scene since the late 80s, and in addition to his own activities as a reggae Deejay and track maker, he has also supervised a reggae compilation series, and even provided songs and remixes for artists outside of reggae. The "T" in HASE-T stands for Teacher, and with his vast musical knowledge and unconventional style, he has influenced not only reggae but a wide range of scenes, making him a true evangelist. This compilation is finally complete!
Having mixed down over 100 songs in Jamaica and developed a wide range of producing work, his sound is authentic yet entertaining enough to never turn away listeners. His skills as a singer are still intact, and the social and universal messages he conveys through everyday words show his true worth as a reggae Deejay.
In addition, this work features guest appearances by artists across genres, styles, and generations, such as Scha Dara Parr, PUSHIM, RYO the SKYWALKER, and Kantaro Maejima! The characteristics of each artist are exquisitely crossed over with the track making by HASE-T to create a sound. The CD version is released in a special limited edition that includes additional latest MIX/REMIX of songs that HASE-T has worked on so far, such as J-REXXX and Shakaraku!
