This second album strengthens the concept of its predecessor by adding an enhanced horn section. Titled after Akira Asada's "Structure and Power," it is a highly conceptual work where the arrangement of sounds itself seems to hold meaning. The tracks, a struggle between rules and deviation, strongly draw in the listener and sharply appeal to their senses. It is a masterpiece that surpasses the previous work as progressive dance music.
