This is the only album produced in 1975 by the Turner Brothers, an 11-piece band based in Indianapolis, US!
As the band name suggests, this funk band was made up mainly of the Turner brothers, and from driving high-speed funk to slow ballads, the rhythm section that supports the backbone of the band, and the vocals and chorus also perfectly match the family band's superb groove! From the opening number "Running In The Rain" (M1), which starts with a thundering sound effect and is piled up with a thick brass sound, and "Please The People" (M5), which starts with the sound of rain and shouts and also has the brass section blowing freely in all directions, to the instrumental funk "Cause I Love You" (M3), where MJ-like boy vocals are intertwined with percussive beats, the rich sweet soul "I Remember" (M6), which will bring you to tears, and the killer soul "Sweetest Thing In The World" (M7), which should be said to be the highlight of this work, this is a superb album that contains plenty of soul-funk pleasure!
