James Sayer began his love of piano and saxophone at a very young age, after learning about artists such as Jerry Lee Lewis, Fats Domino, and Billy Joel. After hearing his demo, Michael McDonald wrote him a letter of praise and invited him to McDonald's studio in Nashville. Since then, he has been gradually making a name for himself, releasing singles that were supported by the BBC and supporting Young Gun Silver Foxes, and this is his long-awaited debut album.
