Jun Miyake is in charge of all the music! The soundtrack for "The Translator", the long-awaited new work by Régis Loinsal, director of "The Typist!", has been released!
The long-awaited new film "The Translators: The Secret Life of a Woman" is a full-scale mystery based on the behind-the-scenes story of the publication of "The Da Vinci Code" by director Regis Loinsal, who also directed "The Typist" (2012), which was a hit in Japan. The original soundtrack for the film, which will be released in theaters in Japan on January 24, 2020, has now been released. The music was handled by NHK. Jun Miyake is a world-renowned composer whose recent soundtrack works include the TV special "Ukiyo no Kaga" and the movie "Ningen Shikkaku: Dazai Osamu and the Three Women." The music that adds thrilling color to the tense closed-door drama is by Jun Miyake. He himself is proud of the work, calling it a "satisfactory work," and it plays an extremely important role in constructing the film's worldview.
