TRIBE, the Detroit-based label that has released jazz with deep, swirling grooves and is emblematic of the spiritual jazz scene, has released a long-awaited new album by founder Wendell Harrison!

A new album has arrived from TRIBE, a label that boasts an overwhelming presence as one of the most representative labels in the spiritual jazz scene of the 1970s, along with Strata-East and Black Jazz, by flutist/saxophonist Wendell Harrison, known as one of the founders!

This album is a true "Message from Tribe" masterpiece, with songs such as the beautiful "Woo In Tribute (Tribute to Kresge Eminent Artist Marie Woo)" featuring the piano sounds of his wife, pianist Pamela Wise, and the dark poetry songs "Siera" and "Samboulan" created with the Senegalese singer and bassist Pate Jessie, which pray for love and the future of young people. The spirit that has continued since the 1970s has been passed down to the present day without interruption.
