Grey October Sound is a lo-fi hip-hop production team that has gained attention with the release of high-quality lo-fi hip-hop compilations such as "Timeless" and "The Cave," and has become well-known not only in Japan but also overseas with their releases of covers of famous Ghibli songs such as "Lo-Fi Ghibli," covers of famous and popular city pop songs such as "Lo-Fi City Pop," and covers of popular Japanese anime songs such as "Lo-Fi Anime." The long-awaited second installment of their Ghibli song covers, "Lo-Fi Ghibli 2," has been released!
This time, the album covers famous Ghibli songs such as "Legend of the Wind" (Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind), "Sheta's Determination" (Laputa: Castle in the Sky), "My Neighbor Totoro" (My Neighbor Totoro), and "Rouge no Dengon" (Kiki's Delivery Service) with a comfortable lo-fi hip-hop sound! The visual images for the jacket and other artworks were created by illustrator Rika Nagatani, who also worked on "Lo-fi Ghibli".
