Imitating Aeroplanes "Planet Language" CD

A new dream unit is born from Team Me and The Wombats!

Dreamy synth pop with superb pop melodies wrapped in a spacey, floating feeling and neon-like sparkle! A must-listen for fans of beautiful Nordic pop bands such as Royal Concept and Kid Astray!

Despite releasing two hit albums, "To the Treetops!" ('12) and "Blind As Night" ('14), the popular Norwegian pop band Team Me sadly called it quits in 2015. Marius Drogsus Hagen, the central figure of the band, has started a new project with Tord Overland Knudsen of the Liverpool three-piece band The Wombats!
What would happen if Marius, one of the leading melody makers in the Scandinavian synth pop world alongside Sweden's Royal Concept, teamed up with The Wombats, whose music videos still rack up 4-5 million views on YouTube? The answer was a sparkling, danceable, uplifting, and superb pop sound that combined the best parts of both bands! The album also features progressive song developments, creating a kaleidoscope-like world! With titles like "Roppongi Hills" and "Sakebad I Kanazawa"... I'm intrigued!
