April Blue "Blue Peter" CD

April Blue, the new dream pop band from Natsubot, the central figure of For Tracy Hyde, has released their debut album!

The debut album of April Blue, a new band formed by Natsubot, the core of For Tracy Hyde, has arrived just 8 months after the band started! The sound is backed by the experience and knowledge of the members who are active in the Tokyo indie scene, and incorporates the essence of overseas indie rock and dream pop into the format and emotion of J-POP. The clear singing voice of Haruki Funasoko, a vocalist who has never been in a band, resonates endlessly. As if to echo that, the melody of Natsubot, Azusa Kan, who composes the music for For Tracy Hyde, also shows a frankness never seen before. This album is somehow nostalgic, yet full of freshness, and is an embodiment of the "New J-POP" that the band advocates. It is the flag of Blue Peter, which is the band's departure into the ocean of J-POP.
