The 6th album released in 2008, produced while working beyond the boundaries of genres and categories, such as the collaboration with anticon. and Themselfs "13&God"! A borderless sound that represents the 2000s, further evolving their original style!

The Notwist was formed in 1989 and began their activities mainly in Munich, Germany. In the early 90s, they played indie rock to post-hardcore style bands, but in the late 90s, they gradually incorporated electronic elements such as sequences and programming. In 2002, they released "Neon Golden," which was a direct descendant of "Neu!", and their hammer beats were replaced by raw strings, emotional guitar sounds, melancholic vocals with sadness, and delicate sequences and programming, creating a unique sound that fused a wide variety of styles with the origins of Krautrock! After that, they collaborated with Themselfs of anticon., a representative US indie label, on "13&God," and this work, released in 2008, was produced while they were working beyond the boundaries of genres and categories. This work further evolved their borderless style and was released not only in the EU/US but also in Australia, establishing them as a global band. Two more songs are included as bonus tracks exclusive to the Japanese version!
