WAY WAVE "Soul Punch" CD

What a surprise! OLH (aka Omokage Lucky Hole) and Keiichi Sogabe have contributed new songs!!! The cover illustration is a new drawing by Terry Johnson (Teruhiko Yumura)! The soul sister unit "WAY WAVE", who are forging ahead on an untrodden path, have released their first new album in a year!

"WAY WAVE" is a female singer duo consisting of sisters "Anna & Yuna", who are also known for their work with "ANNA☆S" and "Udon Kyodai". The 7-inch analog single "SUMMER GIRL" produced by Yoshihiko Seki in June last year quickly sold out, and their first album "SHOWTIME" released at the end of the year has been a hot topic in various circles. With this momentum, they have already decided to release a new album! Their second mini album, which is based on the creed of [SOUL&FUNK], is full of super funky tunes that are even darker than their previous work. The songwriting team that is attracting attention is none other than! In addition to the new songs provided by OLH (Menkage Lucky Hole) and Keiichi Sogabe, the album features a lineup of quirky names such as familiar names such as Yoshihiko Seki, Yusuke Sato, Emily Kano, and Kazuyuki Shibayama, and also includes songs written and composed by the band themselves. From idols to artists, or rather, to be honest, it's hard to understand what on earth they are, or what their goals are, but this mysterious super duo has arrived!
