Controversial Spark “After Intermission” CD

Controversial Spark to release second album!

After Moonriders went on hiatus, Keiichi Suzuki, whose activities had been attracting attention, surprised pop lovers in 2013 by forming a new band, Controversial Spark. Three and a half years have passed since his debut album, "Section I," and now his long-awaited second album is complete!
Based on the bottom line of Yabe Hiroshi and Iwasaki Naomi, the intertwining guitars, the floating vocals, and the futuristic floating sound that makes use of each of their strong personalities have become even more powerful, resulting in a hard, exciting pop'n'rock with an unpredictable edge.

■Controversial Spark
The five members, including Keiichi Suzuki, Hiroshi Yabe, former drummer of Carnation who also supported Moonriders, and Kenji Kondo, a guitarist who is an old friend of Keiichi Suzuki and is currently active in film music. Naomi Iwasaki, the bassist who also supports a wide range of musicians, and konore, who was the vocalist and guitarist of the currently inactive band the rooms, are from different generations and backgrounds. However, at this point, you don't really need to know much about their backgrounds... or rather, what's interesting about Controversial Spark is that they don't aim to make music that is based on such backgrounds or commonalities.
