(For customers outside Japan)

1. Payment

・Please complete your payment via PayPal on the checkout page.

・We currently accept only PayPal for international orders.

2. Shipping

・All international orders are shipped via FedEx.

・Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

・Please note that shipping rates may fluctuate due to external factors such as increases in fuel surcharges or carrier fees.

3. Import Duties & Taxes

・Import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by your country’s customs authority are the customer’s responsibility.
(※Except for shipments to the United States. Please refer to “7. For Customers in the U.S.”)

・These fees may be collected by FedEx or your local customs office upon delivery.

・For inquiries regarding taxes or customs procedures, please contact your local customs agency.

4. About the EU VAT System

・As of July 1, 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT, regardless of order value.

・The VAT rate is determined by the country of residence of the buyer.

・For detailed tax information, please consult your local tax office.

5. For Customers in the U.S.

・Due to recent changes in U.S. import duty regulations, additional handling and administrative costs are now incurred for shipments to the United States.
To offset these increased costs, a small surcharge is applied to shipping fees for U.S.-bound orders.We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

6. Pre-Order Items

・Due to unavoidable circumstances, the price of pre-order items may be updated after your order is placed.

・In such cases, we may request payment for the difference.

・If you wish to cancel your order, please follow the instructions provided in the notification email.

7. Purchase Quantity Limits

・In order to ensure fair access for as many customers as possible, we may set quantity limits on certain items.

・Orders exceeding these limits may be cancelled without prior notice.
