Galliano, who made their comeback to the scene with their previous album "Halfway Somewhere" after a 27-year hiatus, is now releasing their new album "Acid Jazz Revenge." This album is a revamped version of "Unreliable Memories of Contested Conversations," which was released as an LP on Bandcamp (and is now sold out), with three new tracks added. As the title "Acid Jazz Revenge" suggests, the album delivers a pure acid jazz sound that fully embodies the pride and confidence of the genre's originators. It also includes a re-recorded version of "Jus Reach," which was released as a 12-inch by Talkin'Loud in the 90s. With a sophisticated modern flair and groove, this excellent work demonstrates that they are still very much active.
