The last album by "Band" The Awakening, the only one produced by ! A masterpiece in which all 7 songs that dance freely and have completely different faces are miraculously organized!
The only band released by , which has released many musicians, The Awakening. The band, which label producer Gene Russell fell in love with, is Chicago's leading spiritual jazz band formed by Young-Holt Unlimited's Ken Chaney and Chicago's AACM member Frank Gordon. This album "Mirage" is their 2nd album released in 1973 and has become the last album, and it is a work that squeezed the groove called "The Awakening" to the last drop. It's finished. A comfortable and skillful electric piano, an alternative bass, and a powerful saxophone ring at the beginning "Mode For DD" to get a start dash, and the second song "The Ultimate Frontier", which lasts about 10 minutes, has a screaming chorus and mystery. It controls the ears and brain so that a unique view of the world with a poisonous groove works together and is blown to another world. In addition, all seven songs with completely different faces, such as the Spanish-style title song "Mirage" and the funky and funky last song "March On", all dance freely and perform free acting. It's a great album.
