To commemorate HASE-T's 25th anniversary as a producer in 2026, an anniversary album with themes of past, present, and future is being released! Many guests including Bose (Scha Dara Parr), ARARE, J-REXXX, Natsu Summer, DOMINO-KAT, KAJA, and Yuria Tsugawa are participating!
HASE-T has been involved in Tokyo's club scene since the late 80s, not only as a reggae deejay and track maker for his own artistic activities but also supervising reggae compilation series, and even providing music and remixing for artists outside of reggae. His previous work, "Twenty," released in 2022, featured the smash hit single "Yugure Summer" feat. Scha Dara Parr & PUSHIM, which is still fresh in our minds. Now, to celebrate his 25th anniversary as a producer, HASE-T is releasing the anniversary album "Twenty Five"!
This album, befitting a 25th anniversary, combines HASE-T's unique dancehall reggae sound, cultivated over his career, with collaborations featuring a host of close guest artists. Many guests including Bose (Scha Dara Parr), ARARE, J-REXXX, Natsu Summer, DOMINO-KAT, KAJA, and Yuria Tsugawa are participating!
The lead single features the popular singer Natsu Summer, who has established a new genre of "City Pop x Lover's Rock Reggae." She covers Mariya Takeuchi's famous song "Plastic Love," beloved worldwide, with a Latin/reggaeton flavor!
The album also includes an updated version of the aforementioned "Yugure Summer" feat. Scha Dara Parr & PUSHIM, now with ARARE!
