Nosu, a highly anticipated large band from Taiwan, is releasing their debut album "Turntable in the Lift" on CD and vinyl!

Nosu, based in Taipei, is essentially a six-member band, but they have performed with up to 12 members in live shows, gaining attention in Taiwan.

This album, "Turntable in the Lift," is a mix of indie music with an Asian melodic sensibility and Western genres such as Soul, R&B, Jazz, and Hip-Hop. From "flight," which kicks off the album, the mellow guitar sound and soulful vocal groove are perfectly intertwined. The second track, "Back to School," skillfully unfolds an indie-soul led by the guitar. The third track, "Bakerloo," features two guest rappers from the same region, Flowstrong and 53mo, creating a playful hip-hop track reminiscent of Balming Tiger, with experimental beats that feel like they incorporate breakbeats and a constantly evolving structure.

From songs like "Waste My Time," which features jazzy, mellow piano and trumpet with intricate vocal harmonies, and "Moons," with its gently captivating melody, to the grand seven-minute-plus jazz tune "Tunes for Suly," this album is freely composed and can undoubtedly be called the most musical Asian album released in 2025!
