The album features songs brimming with a transparency characteristic of the Nordic sound, such as the swinging opener "I Thought About You," with Irene's light scatting, and "Sweet Surprise," a jazz ballad cover of Blossom Dearie that captivates with its beautiful vocals. The highlight is the cover of "The Real Guitarist In The House," based on Steve Kuhn's song and Monica Zetterlund's vocal version. This track is considered a masterpiece of Swedish jazz bossa and is also known as a SUBURBIA ~ Cafe Apres-midi classic.
