"2 IN 1," a compilation of KIRINJI's two indie EPs "KIRINJI" and "Fuyu no Orca," released a year before their major debut album "Paper Drivers Music" (1998), is finally getting its long-awaited first vinyl release! This 2-LP set is a limited first-press edition, also including instrumental versions of each track!

In the rapidly changing Japanese music scene of the 90s, transitioning from Kayōkyoku to J-POP, KIRINJI emerged, sublimating various influences from rock and country to jazz, soul, and Brazilian music into unique pop through sophisticated arrangements and distinctive lyrics. This LP is based on "2 IN 1," a compilation released in 1999 that brought together their two maxi-singles, "KIRINJI" and "Fuyu no Orca," originally released in 1997, the year before their major debut 1st album "Paper Drivers Music." After a period where even the CD became difficult to acquire, KIRINJI's very early works are finally set for their first vinyl release in 2026! This 2-LP set includes alternate versions of "Kaze wo Ute" (A1) and "Fuyu no Orca" (B1), which were also included on their major 1st album, as well as four precious early tracks not included on the 1998 major 1st album: "Mizuiro no Ajisai no Ue" (A3), "Akaneiro Shita Ano Sora wa" (A4), and "Kyūjitsu Dial" (B3), along with instrumental versions of each song!
