The extremely aesthetic and fantastical singer, Yoshiko Sai, released her shocking debut album in 1975. The deep crimson color suits this masterpiece, in which her indigenous Japanese and folk-song vocals invite you into a mysterious and imaginary world. Yuji Ohno's arrangements are also brilliant.
