The production team Grey October Sound, who have gained popularity overseas with their cover of Ghibli songs "Lo-Fi Ghibli," as well as "Lo-Fi City Pop" and "Lo-Fi Anime," have released their second cover of city pop classics and popular songs, "Lo-Fi City Pop 2"!

Grey October Sound is a production team that has been gaining attention not only in Japan but also overseas with the release of high-quality lo-fi hip-hop compilations such as "Timeless" and "The Cave," as well as covers of Ghibli classics such as "Lo-Fi Ghibli," covers of city pop classics and popular songs, and "Lo-Fi City Pop," covers of popular Japanese anime songs. The long-awaited second installment of their city pop classics cover series, "Lo-Fi City Pop 2," has been announced!
Following the same line as the previous work, the album focuses on the famous and popular songs of city pop, which is popular worldwide. In addition, the visual images of the jacket and other parts of this work were created by illustrator Rika Nagatani, who also worked on the previous work "Lo-Fi Ghibli".
