A storm of jazz funk coiled by the 70's Kashmere High School Brass Band from Houston, Texas, with an astonishing groove that you wouldn't expect from high school students! This is the band's second album, recorded between 1969 and 1970, and is an extension of the first album, but it is packed with refined jazz-funk sounds, including high-speed funk that is even more passionate!

This groovy jazz-funk masterpiece includes the killer jazz-funk "Boss City" (A4), a cover of Sly Stone's "Thank You" (B1), and a cover of Dave Brubeck's "Take Five" (B3), which were also included on the compilation album "Texas Thunder Soul," released by Now-Again and introduced the Cashmere Stage Band and their amazing funky brass band sound to the world!
