MICE PARADE's first new album in about nine years, "Lapapo". It was scheduled to be released and toured in October 2020, but was postponed due to the pandemic. It was recorded little by little since the last tour in 2013, and it encompasses the musical concepts of each era of MICE PARADE's catalog while also embarking on new territory. All the singers who have participated in the live band so far, such as Caroline Lufkin and Kristin Anna Valtísdóttir (ex. Moom), participated, so in a sense it is like a reunion. In addition, Angel Deladourian (ex. Dirty Projectors) and Alone Dyer (Bueke & Gace) participated. The album title means "together" or "completely" in Yoruba. From dreamy lyrical numbers to stateless tunes and shoegaze, it is a solid piece.
