Ebony Rhythm Funk Campaign is an Indianapolis funk band whose predecessor was the Ebony Rhythm Band, whose reissue from Now-Again became a hot topic among rare groove and funk fans. Master tapes of completely unreleased works recorded by the band between 1974 and 1975, between their first album "Ebony Rhythm Funk Campaign" (1973) produced by Wayne Henderson of the Crusaders and their second album "Watchin' You, Watchin' Me" produced by Carl Davis of Chai Sound, have been unearthed! The 7-inch single to be released in August by Super Disco Edits, a UK excavation label that is attracting a lot of attention from soul and rare groove fans, sold out immediately!
