Horace Tapscott, a central figure in Los Angeles' Nimbus West Records, a label that has gained tremendous support as a representative label of the spiritual jazz scene after Strata East, Tribe, and Black Jazz, and also known as the mastermind of the Pan African People's Arkestra, recorded a precious live session in Avignon, France on October 14, 1989! This is a historic album that will be newly engraved in the spiritual jazz scene, featuring a duo performance with Michael Sessions, a saxophone player of the same orchestra, and a simple yet beautiful and powerful performance!
