State Cows is a popular Swedish AOR unit consisting of Daniel Andersson (vo, g) and Stefan Olofsson (kyd, b). This CD is a deluxe version of their second album "The SecondOne" (2013), which is difficult to find both in Japan and abroad, with four additional tracks from the EP "The Second Seconds" (2014) and remixes of all the tracks. The guests are also super impressive, including Bill Champlin, Jay Graydon, and Michael Landau.
