hanbee "daydream radio" CD

The new album "daydream radio" by hanbee, an artist from New Zealand currently based in South Korea, is being released as the world's first CD/vinyl! A sweet and comfortable bedroom pop album that encapsulates everything from indie pop to city pop!

"daydream radio," the new album by hanbee—a South Korean artist gaining significant attention in the bedroom pop scene after touring with acts like Men I Trust and Fazerdaze and performing at festivals alongside Steve Lacy, Dominic Fike, and Faye Webster—is set to be released as the world's first CD/LP.

This work further refines the sound established on her debut album "small love," which traverses genres from indie pop to city pop. In addition to singles like "city time"—a smooth track mixing indie pop, city pop, and R&B that captures the "loneliness and beauty" felt from urban life—and "tomato baby," a cute and comfortable song featuring catchy vocal lines and nostalgic synthesizers, the album also includes "call me yours," a hanbee-style city pop track with a music video directed by Japanese puppet creator Kazune Hase.

"ocean mail," where hanbee tries her hand at Japanese lyrics for the first time, is also perfectly crafted, and with tracks like "feelings" that evoke an 80s neon vibe, this album is packed with enjoyable elements centered around indie pop!
