Nosu, a highly anticipated large Taiwanese band, is set to release their debut album "Turntable in the Lift" on CD and vinyl!

Based in Taipei, Nosu is a band that typically consists of six members but has performed with up to 12 members in some live shows, garnering significant attention in Taiwan.

This album, "Turntable in the Lift," mixes sounds from Western genres like Soul, R&B, Jazz, and Hip-Hop with indie music that features an Asian melodic sensibility. From the opening track "flight," the mellow guitar sounds and soulful vocal grooves perfectly intertwine. The second track, "Back to School," skillfully develops an indie soul sound where the guitar takes center stage. The third track, "Bakerloo," features two fellow rappers, Flowstrong and 53mo, as guests. This track is a playful HIP-HOP piece reminiscent of Balming Tiger, with experimental beats that incorporate breakbeats and a constantly evolving musical structure.

From "Waste My Time," which features jazzy and mellow piano and trumpet with intertwining chorus work, and "Moons," with its smoothly familiar vocal melody, to the grand 7-minute-plus jazz tune "Tunes for Suly," this album is freely composed and undoubtedly the most musical Asian album released in 2025!
