Foesum "Perfection" CD
★Bonus track included
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the release of the legendary West Coast hip-hop group Foesum's 1996 debut album "Perfection," they're releasing a limited edition vinyl version with obi strips, a two-disc set, and a cassette tape and CD version at the same time!
The legendary Long Beach, California group Foesum collaborated with fellow Long Beach, California native and close friend Snoop Doggy Dogg (now Snoop Dogg) on the collaborative track "Let 'Em Understand" during their time in the group Perfection. Foesum debuted during the West Coast hip-hop movement that followed Snoop's debut, and released their acclaimed debut album, "Perfection," in 1996 under the name Foesum. To celebrate its 30th anniversary, in 2026, the band will be reissued on vinyl as a limited edition 2-disc set with obi strips, a first for the group! Also available on cassette and CD!
The album is unified by Foesum's signature mellow and smooth G-Funk sound, including the hit singles "Lil' Somethin' Somethin'" and "Runnin' Game" (featuring Bo Roc of The Dove Shack). It also includes a host of other mellow tunes, including the timeless West Coast classic "In The Wind (What Goes Around)" (featuring Bo Roc again), which borrows from Bobby Caldwell's classic "What You Won't Do for Love," "Listen To The Sound," and "Some Things Never Change." Bonus tracks include the aforementioned Snoop collaboration "Let 'Em Understand"!
