Hazel Englihs' album "Real Life", produced in collaboration with Day Wave, is now available physically for the first time in the world!
A dreamy and bittersweet gift for indie pop fans!

Hazel English, an indie pop singer-songwriter originally from Sydney and currently based in LA, has released an album of songs she collaborated on with her friend Jackson Phillips, aka Day Wave, from 2021 to 2024, titled "Real Life," which will be released on CD for the first time in the world!

The vinyl of "Summer Nights EP" released in 2022 sold out immediately and there were many requests for a re-release, but the album "Real Life" includes the five songs included in the EP, as well as the singles and two songs released after the EP's release. A total of 11 songs co-written by Hazel English and Day Wave!

"Real Life" contains many songs that return to her roots in the comfortable bedroom texture of indie pop/dream pop from her pre-debut album days, "Just Give In" and "Never Going Home." Two of the tracks, "All Dressed Up" and "Jesse," feature duets with Day Wave.

In addition, "Nine Stories" showcases a comfortable, 100% perfect dream pop that any US indie fan will be captivated by, and in "Summer Nights" the refreshing vocals are a perfect match with the guitar sound that is an exquisite mix of surf and lo-fi.

In "When You're Around" and "Heartbreaker," the nostalgic melody lines and Hazel English's vocals are perfectly intertwined, and the side that expresses the sound image since the debut album in a current mode fits perfectly into the work.
