A super project centered around keyboardist Bill Mayers, who worked with Gino Vannelli, EW&F, Boz Scaggs, and singer-songwriter/guitarist Guy Thomas (Michael McDonald, Jackson Browne, etc.), recorded in 1981 and shelved, has finally been released! The songs, which feature Neil Steubenhaus (b), Carlos Rios (g), Vinnie Colaiuta (ds), and even Jeff Porcaro (ds), are of such high quality that it's hard to believe that the record company at the time refused to release them. The sound of the Pages line, with its crossover/fusion flavor, is one of the best AOR albums unearthed in recent years!
