BES & ISSUGI "VIRIDIAN SHOOT - Remix & Instrumentals" CD

This special edition includes remixes and instrumentals of tracks from the 2018 classic joint album "VIRIDIAN SHOOT" by BES and ISSUGI, two of Japan's best rappers, as well as new recordings by both artists!

◆ BES, the dopest rapper in the Japanese hip-hop scene, known for his work as SWANKY SWIPE/SCARS. ISSUGI, a rapper who also works as a rapper for MONJU/SICK TEAM and demonstrates his rare talent as a beatmaker under the name 16FLIP, is a rapper who has an overwhelming presence both inside and outside the scene. These two, who respect each other, joined forces to release a joint album, "VIRIDIAN SHOOT," in February of this year!
◆ In May, they held a release party with the support of CARHARTT WIP at BED in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, and released a digest video of the party in collaboration with OLLIE MAGAZINE on YouTube. After the album release, they toured around 20 locations nationwide, and in August they held a release party in Fukuoka. They also worked on a Red Bull-planned joint movie with skateboarder/videographer Takahiro Morita (FESN) that showed the chemical reaction between skateboarding and hip-hop. While they were still working as BES & ISSUGI, in parallel with their solo activities, they released a new project!
◆ This special edition includes remixes of songs from "VIRIDIAN SHOOT," selected instrumentals from the previous and current albums, and new recordings by GWOP SULLIVAN as BES & ISSUGI! Remixers include DEVIN MORRISON, GWOP SULLIVAN, 16FLIP, GRADIS NICE, and DJ SCRATCH NICE. Just like "VIRIDIAN SHOOT," this is sure to be a masterpiece!
