"VIRIDIAN SHOOT" is a joint album by BES and ISSUGI, two of Japan's best rappers!
BES, the dopest rapper in the Japanese hip-hop scene, known for his work as SWANKY SWIPE/SCARS, and ISSUGI, a rapper who also works as a rapper for MONJU/SICK TEAM and demonstrates his rare talent as a beatmaker under the name 16FLIP, are two rappers who have an overwhelming presence both inside and outside the scene. "VIRIDIAN SHOOT" is a joint album by these two artists who respect each other.

◆ BES is a rapper who is also known for his work as a member of SWANKY SWIPE/SCARS, and has established himself as a popular and highly acclaimed artist with the release of classic albums such as SCARS' "THE ALBUM" (2006), SWANKY SWIPE's "Bunks Marmalade" (2006), and his first solo album "REBUILD" (2008).

◆ ISSUGI is a rapper who is affiliated with DOGEAR RECORDS, a label that has been continuously distributing a variety of music and parties, mainly featuring domestic hip-hop artists, from Tokyo since 2006. He has released a huge amount of music as a member of MONJU, SICK TEAM, DOWN NORTH CAMP, and as a solo artist, and in recent years has become increasingly active, releasing 12 consecutive 7-inch records over the course of the 12-month project "7INC TREE" and its program (FRESH!/every Thursday from 10pm), as well as performing live with a band set backed by a band mainly made up of members of WONK.

◆ The two have known each other for a long time and have collaborated on songs such as "Coffee & Sugar" feat. ISSUGI and "24 ILL LOUNGE" (Prod by 16FLIP) included on "BES ILL LOUNGE," and "How Ya Livin" feat. BES on ISSUGI & GRADIS NICE's "DAY and NITE." They also collaborated on 16 FLIP vs BES's "The Definition Of This World," in which 16 FLIP remixed every song on BES' third album, "THE KISS OF LIFE," which delighted heads.Now, the two have completed their joint original album, "VIRIDIAN SHOOT"!

◆ This album mainly features DITC-related works by DIAMOND D, AG, OC, and GWOP SULLIVAN, a New York producer who has collaborated with ISSUGI in the past. It also includes BES' first joint work with BUDAMUNK, DJ SCRATCH NICE, and even GRADIS NICE and 16FLIP. Featuring Mr.PUG (MONJU), Senninsho (MONJU), and MICHINO, the SWANKY SWIPE + MONJU session track "HIGHEST" is a must-listen!
