YUKSTA-ILL, a rapper representing NEO TOKAI / TOKAI DOPENESS, has been spreading his name to a wider audience through collaborations with tha BOSS (ILL-BOSSTINO) and DJ RYOW. His long-awaited second album "NEO TOKAI ON THE LINE", his first in five years, is finally being released! CAMPANELLA, SOCKS, PUNPEE, RAMZA, MASS-HOLE and others are participating!

◆ The Tokai hip hop scene has been garnering attention with the releases of C.O.S.A, CAMPANELLA, and the flagship crew RC SLUM / SLUM RC. YUKSTA-ILL, a rapper and central member of RC SLUM / SLUM RC, has announced the release of his second album, "NEO TOKAI ON THE LINE", his first in about five years!!!

◆ From his first album "Questionable Thought" in 2011, to the EP "Tokyo Ill Method" (2013) in collaboration with a beatmaker from Tokyo, and the mix album "MINORITY POLICY" which was a prelude to this album, he has been releasing works consistently, and has participated in works by his compatriots such as CAMPANELLA and MIKUMARI, as well as works by tha BOSS (ILL-BOSSTINO / THA BLUE HERB) and DJ RYOW, steadily spreading his name, and in 2015/16 he released "WHO WANNA RAP" and "WHO WANNA RAP 2" as SLUM RC. He is also a member of the collective 1982s, which was formed mainly by ISSUGI and MASS-HOLE, and this is the long-awaited release as YUKSTA-ILL's name is steadily spreading nationwide!

◆ The album will feature CAMPANELLA and SOCKS, a rapper who is also active in the Tokai region. Producers include PUNPEE, RAMZA, MASS-HOLE, OLIVE OIL, OWL BEATS, DJ SEIJI, and others!
