JUN MIYAKE “An Artist of the Floating World: Original Soundtrack” CD

The original soundtrack for the popular NHK drama "The Artist of the Floating World" (starring Ken Watanabe, based on the original story by Kazuo Ishiguro), written entirely by Jun Miyake, has been announced for release!

The NHK drama "Ukiyo no Kaga" is a film adaptation of Kazuo Ishiguro's breakthrough novel, which won the 2017 Nobel Prize in Literature, with a super-star cast. It is set in Japan several years after the end of the war and depicts a delicate story. The tension created by the close human relationships, the unpredictable suspense, and the subtle humor.
