Indianapolis vibraphonist Billy Wooten, who also participated in Grant Green's Blue Note album "Visions" and Richard Evans' album. The performance by Wooten's regular band at the time, "The Wooden Glass," consisting of vibraphone, organ, guitar, and drums, at the small club "Nineteenth Hall" in Indianapolis in 1972 is a miraculous recording that should be passed down as a legend! When it was released on CD for the first time, the groove, the heat, and the enthusiasm of the audience were all described as unprecedented, making this legendary album that drove jazz funk/rare groove fans wild.
