SEAQUENCE "Mix Faze" CD

This cult disco/modern soul album featuring the killer tune "Disco Thing," which has captivated the world's leading disco maestro Joey Negro and disco collector DJ Red Gregg, has been reissued!

A private press of Sequence, a band born from the local San Diego community, released in 1980 on the local minor label Aidqueen Records! This rare album, which was also picked up in the holy book of rare groove, Rare Groove A To Z, is finally available on CD for the first time in the world!

Supervised by DJ Red Gregg, who has built an incredibly deep collection of dance floor focused disco/boogie/soul, this is an excellent album boasting high quality all over, starting with the popular track "Disco Thing," also known for being included in the compilation "Under The Influence Volume One (A Collection Of Rare Soul & Disco)" released by Z Records, headed by Joey Negro, a leader in the global disco/re-edit scene, the mellow soul ballad "Oooh, Your Love," the jazz funk "Seaquence" with its beautiful flute sounds, and the spacey modern soul "Life"!
