If Go-Go Penguin is driving the new era of UK jazz, then Mike Lebrun is driving the new era of LA jazz! The long-awaited solo debut album by the mastermind of Beakerbox, an emerging force in the modern jazz world, has finally been released!

Guest appearances include Amber Navlan, singer of Moonchild, a notable new generation neo-soul band from LA that has captivated Stevie Wonder and Robert Glasper, Josh Johnson, a talented saxophonist who has also performed with Jeff Parker, and Nick Mancini, a vibe player known as a member of the Miguel Atwood Ferguson Ensemble! "Going Through the Emotions," in which Amber Navlan showcases her singing voice, is a superb deep number that is just like a jazz version of Moonchild's work!
