The next generation soul band, the Ephemerals, have been making waves since being featured on the worldwide smash hit single "I Feel So Bad" by Kungs. They have completed a superb album that features an authentic vintage sound that is both funky and soulful! This is a must-have for Mayer Hawthorne fans!
Their debut album "Nothin Is Easy", released in 2014, received five stars from the prestigious British music magazine "Blues & Soul Magazine", proving their talent to be highly regarded!
This is a collective band consisting of members active in the soul, jazz and Afrobeat scenes, centered around Hillman Mondgreen, guitarist of Hannah Williams and the Tastemakers. They debuted on Germany's prestigious funk label Mocambo, and were recently featured on Kungs' album "Layers," released by France's Universal, which has been a huge hit. This soul band is currently attracting the most attention. Starting with "The Beginning," which features magnificent strings that rival a cinematic orchestra, the album features the warm, gentle and tasteful singing voice of main vocalist Wolfgang and the stable performance of skilled musicians. This is a masterpiece soul album that can be called neo-vintage soul, full of respect for 60's soul, and represents the 2010s.
