★Supervised and annotated by Toshikazu Kanazawa (Light Mellow)
★2-CD set specification

11 years since the series began, the "Light Mellow Searches" series, supervised by Toshikazu Kanazawa, has captured the attention of AOR fans not only in Japan but around the world. This is a compilation that carefully selects gem tracks by masters and experts from its vast catalog!

"This compilation pairs with 'The Brand New Sprouts,' which I put together in 2024, and collects tracks by career artists. I've picked up AOR-style acts not only from Light Mellow Searches but also from Groove Diggers. Focusing on the AOR mainstream, I've curated a comfortable, flowing selection that includes everything from Nordic tracks, CCM, and contemporary Hawaiian to urban soul and sophisti-pop—including unearthed finds and rarities." — Toshikazu Kanazawa

Launched in 2015 with the theme of shedding light on must-listen artists and hidden masterpieces—both old and new—the AOR series "Light Mellow Searches," supervised by music writer Toshikazu Kanazawa, has seen numerous releases. Following the well-received 2024 compilation that selected works from newcomers and young artists, we are now releasing this expert edition!
