Jeff Bradshaw, a renowned trombonist who has played horns for such famous artists as Michael Jackson, Earth, Wind & Fire, Jay-Z, Erykah Badu, and Jill Scott, and has been active mainly in the neo-Philly scene, has released his first album since moving to Shanachie in Japan! This is a live recording of a dream-like, super-luxurious live performance held on May 28, 2014 at the prestigious Kimmel Center in his hometown of Philadelphia, and features not only Jeff's own songs, but also covers of classic songs such as Bobby Caldwell's "Open Your Eyes," Musiq Soulchild's "Love," The Roots' "Break You Off," DeBarge's "All This Love," and War's "The World Is a Ghetto." As if to prove the depth of Jeff's popularity, the above all-stars take turns appearing, and you can enjoy a blissful performance in which each member delivers a mellow, smooth, funky, and gorgeous performance that shows off their own unique style! Also be sure to listen to the studio-recorded version of the neo-Philly song "All Time Love," featuring electric piano by Robert Glasper, the album's executive producer!
