● How "soil" impacts our daily lives
● The vital relationship between "soil" and health
● Where to find the best "soil" in Japan

"Whenever I dig up soil for research and take it back to the lab to examine, even after 60 years dedicated to soil, I make new discoveries that surprise me every time. Soil is an unknown world holding infinite possibilities that we have yet to uncover. As someone captivated by this soil and its microorganisms, it is my mission to ensure that the 18 centimeters of topsoil that sustain life are never lost, but rather nurtured and enriched."
