Sanson was an actual executioner in 18th century Paris during the French Revolution. The story of the man who beheaded historically important figures such as Louis XVI and Marie-Antoinette, "Sanson - The Man Who Beheaded Louis XVI" is a much-talked-about work by the best creative team, directed by Akira Shirai, scripted by Kazuki Nakashima, and composed by Jun Miyake, who also produced wonderful stage productions such as "Joan of Arc" (premiered in 2010) and "No.9 - Immortal Melody" (premiered in 2015). "No.9 - Immortal Melody" is also attracting attention for starring Goro Inagaki, who has created a new image of Beethoven, and the original soundtrack will be released to accompany the performance! Jun Miyake, who has been creating unique sounds with artists from around the world based in Paris, expresses the suffering of the protagonist, who is destined to be a hereditary executioner, with his own unique worldview!
